When using eventbridge event for a lambda, the created rule refers to the lambda, not to the lambda alias.

functions:
  - xxx:
      handler: file.handler
       events:
        - eventBridge:
            eventBus: arn:aws:***

Target of created rule is xxx, not xxx:alias
