Any chance to add Amiga support?

Amiga support should be already in there: just use --amiga option.
Frankly I'm not sure whether it works or not.
I have no raw Amiga floppy images to test it.

When doing this:

mfmdisk -a -c WORKBENCH13.MFM Workbench13.adf

I get the following message:

Writing Amiga floppies not implemented yet, sorry.

Oh really... Unfortunately I don't have enough information about Amiga format. Can you please provide a few raw MFM images, like an empty formatted diskette and bootable floppy? And binary images as well. I can try to match the format.

Fixed in e3f5315.
Writing Amiga images is now fully supported.
