у функции logAction в common.class.php нет проверки на присутствие модуля actions_log в системе #1102

При деинсталляции модуля функция не отключается и пытается писать в табличку, которой нет

У себя так сделал, не помню, как штатно сейчас проверяется, что модуль установлен(
if (file_exists(DIR_MODULES.'actions_log/installed')){
