support TLS configuration for exporters #22

I'm trying to collect metrics for an etcd cluster using the V3 /metrics endpoint. The cluster is setup with TLS. Prometheus can be configured to use a CA, cert and key: https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/configuration/configuration/#tls_config

In case it helps, I'm setting up an external etcd cluster for sensu-go. Is there a better way to do this?
