Task: Add a CLI interface to senselab

Description

For many needs, it would be nice to be able to quickly run a CLI version of a workflow. It would be nice to have a CLI perhaps modeled on the AWS CLI: aws [global options] <service> <command> [specific options]

Tasks

• Create a CLI option for basic workflows (e.g., feature extraction, transcription)
