This PR fixes chams, which were broken in the 23/06 update.

Description:

Fixes pattern of initKeyValues
Adds two new fields to KeyValues
Fixes signature of initKeyValues (adds two ints to it)

Benefits of this PR and context:

Chams work now.

Closes #135.
