Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently application submissions are not sorted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable sorting of mentee applications by the date-time of application submission in the dashboard.

Implement UI controls for sorting in the application dashboard
Ensure sorting works in both ascending and descending order
Add visual indicator for current sort order in the UI
Sort the latest application first by default
