Get rid of redundant mentee profile components

Currently, there are redundant MenteeProfile components being used in the mentor's view and the admin's view. This duplication of code can lead to maintenance issues, as any changes or bug fixes need to be applied to multiple components.

Create a single, reusable MenteeProfile component that can be used across different views. but there can be slight differences between the use cases
