When approving for redemption, it doesn't directly pick up when the TX is executed. At some point it shows an error message even while the transaction has been executed

After this it shows to approve again

Refreshing and going to redeem again fixes the problem (the UX still need to be fixed)

Note that the bug was on mainnet, it may be due to how metamask is submitting private TX. Not being able to replicate on Gnosis for now.
