Hi, indeed this is a choice we didn't make in UX for now because you can use folder as group and folder as folder.
For example :
Instead of creating a folder named "ssh login" with all your ssh accounts, you can create a folder named "Unix administrator", share this folder with all the unix administrator and then just add secrets in this folder to share it automatically with all unix administrator.
It's far from perfect but it can fit this need, just see the folder as group.
A lot of work to do in UX about it and maybe a design choice to replace folder by tag so you can tag a secret with multiple keywords (lib is able to manage this).
In entreprise context, sharing password is more likely to happen by group of people than by typing all usernames, which ones may change over time.
To make the sharing usable, I suggest to include group management
