include incremental zoom for pd-next

Would be fantastic PR for pd-next since many people ask for it.
Has been reported as stable by 100hours of use and even for performing by a discord user.

I'm not opposed to adding the zoom PR but there should be testing on all 3 major platforms first, and I think some inconsistency was just reported (the video that is supposed to show it isn't working for me)
edit: nevermind, I see it. I'll wait hopefully for a fix.

I naively merged the PR locally but I observe weird behaviour: The cords are not zoomed with the object, object text placement is out of the object box, etc.
