NetworkStats in Windows 10

i use networkStats to get rx_bytes and tx_bytes in windows, Windows11 is fine, Windows10 these values are always 0

Sometimes it seems, sometimes it doesn't

@chinarui-na as I was not able to reproduce this issue, can you try to run this code on your Windows 10 machine (while having some network traffic) and post the output here?

As stated in the docs (https://systeminformation.io/statsfunctions.html), the first call should always return 0 but from that on, you should have the correct numbers
