What happened?

As can be seen in the CI logs, the modos client container does not build under python 3.13.

This is apparently due to linkml using deprecated typing imports.
In the meantime, the container is pinned to python 3.12.

TODO: bump linkml to latest version and test under 3.13.

What system are you using?

MacOS, Linux distribution, Microsoft Windows
