HTML errors

I was validating this code with the W3C HTML validator (http://validator.w3.org/), which is how I found the form not closing. Anyway, there are a few other issues I couldn't figure out how to fix.

• The biggest one is nesting UL's. That is not allowed under HTML specifications.
• Invalid meta tags - "ResourceLoaderDynamicStyles" is not registered
• The attributes "primary" and "context" are not allowed on A tags at this point
• You can't say rel="archives" for the history page

I'm not that experienced with HTML so I can't fix that yet. I will when I get the chance.
