Unable to access Web App

Hi,
I'm not certain if this is the most appropriate place to report this, but I've noticed that the web application appears to be offline. I encountered the following error when attempting to access:

[Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): : Connection was refused by other side: 111: Connection refused. ]

Thanks @imcatta! You're right that the webapp is down. I'm not sure if this tool is still being maintained, but if you'd like to use it I can check what it would take to bring it back up.
