Execution problem at the Decompose_Connectivity step

I have an issue to execute the script. At the step Decompose_Connectivity, I have the error message:
"WARNING: Your kernel does not support swap limit capabilities or the cgroup is not mounted. Memory limited without swap." The complete error message can by found in the attached command.log

This error remind if I execute this command "$ cgroupfs-mount" prior the disconets_flow script.

Can you help me to figure out this error ?
