Admin users page should make username/display name/aliases clear #765

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A username cannot be reliably toggled as verified because only the primary user's name is displayed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Only primary users can be set to being admin
Display names, usernames, and primary/alias are all clearly visible in the UI
Sorting needs to be rethought so that primaries/aliases are grouped together
