how can we take backup of clickhouse from one host to other host ??

Hey i have been trying to check for clickhouse backup method in more traditional way, since i see a blog from the altinity to follow some thirdparty bakcuptool which stores the backup in the cloud. do we have any methods to do a backup for clickhouse from local host to some other host which is running same clickhouse version??.
