This project has been dead for years. See the Vichan fork instead. https://github.com/vichan-devel/vichan

Vichan may not have a demo running currently either, but it is a much more up to date derivative of Tinyboard. Examples of sites running Vichan include uboachan.net and sushigirl.us. I don't think anyone is using Tinyboard anymore.
