Touch controls (from #186 #105 #67) are very limited, they should allow most/all of the game to be played as fully-fledged citizen.

This may require onscreen controls.

Break and place (hold and tap)
Switch block selection
Lateral movement, strafe (onscreen directional pad?)
Chat
Functionality exposed through keyboard shortcuts

satoshinm added enhancement ui labels
