pre-B cell and B cell progenitor annotation

I am working on the integration of scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq.
Here are the pre-B cell and B cell progenitors that appear in your lab's archive (https://satijalab.org/seurat/archive/v3.2/atacseq_integration_vignette).
pbmc_ 10k_v3.rds shows pre-B cell and B cell progenitor annotated in PBMC B cells, but I believe both are at the bone marrow stage.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how you have annotated them that way and also the markers.
(apologies if this is my lack of knowledge)
