Is AddModuleScore function case-insensitive?

Hello,
I'm just wondering if AddModuleScore still works in cases where my Seurat object contains gene counts are labeled by gene names where only the first letter is capitalized, but my gene list contains genes that are completely capitalized? I tried this and it appeared to work, but the last message printed during the function execution was "Attempting to match case...", so I'm not sure that the case-matching was successful. Is there any way to ensure that most genes in the list were used to compute the module score?
