The start time always shows one hour ahead of the current time , this is ok as pre populated but majority of the times colleagues overlook that thing while scheduling maintenance window and schedule the maintenance assuming the maintenance is started since creation but actually it starts after an hour - >resulting in false alerting - ->
Expectation is to have that Time fields blank - This is desirable and will avoid overlook , false alerting.

Hello, Expectation is to have the Time field remain blank (not auto populated) and only use UTC TimeZone as input value for time to have one timezone input as preferred and this is desirable and will avoid overlook , false alerting.
