- 20 baby bella mushrooms
- 8 oz light cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- preheated oven at 350 degrees
- Thoroughly wash the mushrooms.
- Remove and keep stems from each of the mushrooms.
- Dice the stems of the mushrooms.
- Mince the cloves of garlic.
- Sautee the mushroom stems and garlic on a pan.
- Mix the cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, breadcrumbs, with the garlic mushroom stems in a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom with the mix and top with parmesan.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh parsely on top and serve.
