Contributor Role - Uncaught Error: User is missing one of the following grants...

Hello. We are currently seeing an error message when assigning the Contributor role to any of our team members. This message only appears for Contributors (not Editors, Viewers, etc.). Strangely, the error message disappears when we give a team member both the Contributor + Viewer role.

This error appears any time a team member with a contributor role navigates to a document.
