User story
As PSD, we would like to implement the existing story DPL-914 Create tube rack containing banked PBMC tubes using the versioned TubeRack model to introduce proper TubeRack support and use it as a reference implementation. This story depends on a set of smaller stories.

This story is part of re-implementation of Create tube rack containing banked PBMC tubes (Defrosting) using the versioned tube rack model.

Story relationships are shown in the Lucidchart diagram TubeRack Stories .

This story does not have a separate Sequencescape API and Transfer Requests dependency. It relies on the story Y24-088 Implement (Banking) DPL-811 Transfer PBMC Isolations into FluidX tube racks using the versioned TubeRack model for those features.

The release of the implementation of this story depends on completion of the dependencies.
