Describe the bug
When signing up for a talk a speaker is allowed to select the same day's event.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to speaker sign up page on same day as a meetup
Click on available meetups
See that today's meetup is available

Expected behavior
Speaker should not be allowed to do submit a talk for the same day
