The portal does not currently have the ability to view documents uploaded within Suite CRM and allocated to a case. If the Suite CRM operating company need to write to a third party, the portal user should be able to see the letter or Email created, be it a static document (or even an item, photo etc) uploaded or one created by Suite CRM through dynamic PDF generation. Raised upon request by Ashley Nicolson (See Suite CRM Development channel conversation 06/09/2019). Thanks.
