Add PoI to Map Popup cannot scroll down to Save unless point at the top of the map

Register and Login to the demo server & visit this page:
http://demo.eden.sahanafoundation.org/eden/gis/index

Hit the pencil on the toolbar & place the dit anywhere but the top of the page...a popup appears but the Save button cannot be reached

This appears to be a larger problem. The pop-up looks like it is not set to appear on top of all other objects. Depending on where you click on the map, the top will be under the toolbar and you can't close it or see the top text:

or the bottom will be under the border of the map and you can't click save:

If you click in the right, high-enough location, the whole popup is visible, but it appears behind some of the text on the map, as seen in the bottom right corner of the image.
