change of Token name and identity of issuing company

In some case the SAFT may be executed on a very early stage, and the name of the Token may still be under review and may be amended.
Additionally, the identity of the issuing company may be changed.
Therefore, it is recommended to add language that ficilitates those options, and allows changing the name of the token, and assiging the SAFT to an affiliate of the Company
