Bug description

The error when the flow is restarted from the click on logo

Environment

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the last step of the safe creation
    2.image
  2. Click safe logo to go back to the app
  3. click create safe again
    Current result:
    image

Expected result

the safe creation flow should be restarted without the errors
