[iOS] No notification for recovery proposal or recovery transaction in the queue

Bug description
When a trusted address creates a recovery proposal, mobile app neither shows notification for it, nor shows the recovery transaction in queue (after recovery window is finished).

Steps To Reproduce
Create safe account with 1 signer - S
Add self custodial recovery with some address, R
Connect mobile app with the owner key as S.

R does an onchain tx initiating recovery proposal
Mobile app with S shows no notification.

Additionally, after the recovery window is passed, the mobile app (for S) still doesn\t notify OR show the transaction in the queue

Expected Result
S get notifications when R initiates recovery
S gets notification when actual recovery tx sits on the queue.
