Make granular control of where biometric auth might be used:

• Open App
• Confirmations
• Executions
  (Will required execution logic adjustments)

Remove exporting keys option, passcode will always be required to reveal seed phrase and private key

• To enable any option passcode should not be required
• To disable any option passcode should be required
• To enable biometric auth for any option passcode should be required
• To disable biometric auth for any option passcode should not be required

Display a warning if a user wants to disable passcode globally, and some generated keys have an option to reveal seed phrase.
Do not allow to store generated key if passcode is not set and key is not backed up
