Improve UI of initiating transfer screens

Problem

Improve the UI of the transaction initiation screens. Make them united with transaction execution.
Solve the following issues:

• There is no ability to add recent contacts easily, which could make the initiation a few clicks quicker
• Review screen has a different UI from 'Executing' a transaction flow
• When there is another transaction that needs to be executed first, it is shown in the advanced settings, which are not directly visible and accessible

Solutions

• Display contacts in the interface;
• Explore the 'Send' screen input field. Show a fiat equivalent to the token amount added.
• Simplify the 'Review' screen and use the same UI there.
• Explore the opportunity to allow quickly using addresses from the address books.
