TER extension page is outdated

typo3_encore's TER extension page lists 2.3.1 as latest version: https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/typo3_encore
It also shows that only TYPO3 v9 and v10 are supported.

Please update the TER page.

+1 for this! we use the typo3 notifier to get updates to your extension :) especially now that typo3 13 is out, and waiting for the new release :)

@cweiske I am on it. For some reason i am not the owner of the extension in the TER so i cannot upload newer versions at the moment. I am trying to fix it soonish.

I have published at least a new release for composer. I still don´t have access to the extension at the TYPO3 extension repository.
