Using RSLock with Rust Rocket

I am trying to use the rslock library here in my rust rocket code. I have built a fairing for it as follows:

The problem is the lock keeps failing every time. I have the following request

This always fails. I also tried moving the LockManager setup into the test_feature and it still failed.

How does it fail? What is the error in account_id_cart_items_lock, if that's where the error is occurring? If this is an issue with rslock, you may wish to ask in that repository.
