Is there a TL/DR for what's different between the the Mozilla Foundation and the new Rust Foundation?

Since a bunch of the new foundation responsibilities were those of the Mozilla Foundation before, is there a summary of the important differences between the two foundations?

(For example, one of the FAQ entries mentions that the trademark is committed to moving to the new one, so that would be the kind of thing that in a way isn't really changing, just moving a cheese.)
