Links get no HTML-wrap in LIST-view #186

TYPO3 10.4.26 with tt_news 10.0.0

I modified the Template "tt_news_v3_template.html".
I added the Block ###ADDINFO_WRAP_B### and ###ADDINFO_WRAP_E### from SINGLE-view inside the LIST-view:

In SINGLE-view the links from a news are wrapped in HTML:
<dl class="news-single-links"><dt>Links:</dt><dd></dd><dd><a href="https://rudern.scdhfk.de/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">rudern.scdhfk.de</a></dd></dl>

In LIST-view the wrapping HTML is missing:

But related news and files are formatted as expected.
How can I fix this?
