КриптоПРО "Key buffer has wrong size 248 bit" #10

При попытке получить закрытый ключ функцией getPrivateKey(...) получаю сообщение "Key buffer has wrong size 248 bit"

Размер буфера у ключа почему-то равен 31, а не 32
