改为生成glyphs文件 #1

这个可以改成写 glyphs 文件，然后用fontmake生成ttf，比opentype.js的方案好一些

尝试改用glyphs文件生成，发现一个glyphs文件有50m左右，用fontmake生成ttf速度比较慢。
另外fontmake使用glyphs文件生成时unitPerEm必须是2的n次幂，不能是15，导致无法完美对齐像素。
