Pretty self explanatory here, should keep it's caps when connected to dash's, Em dash's, commas, backslash, forwardslash etc:

I guess this is kind of similar to some of what I mentioned in #34 with the apostrophe's.
Just to add a bit more, to what I originally said, multiple splitters together should also work and capitalize the second still in the example here: test-cia's -> Test-CIA's
