Tooltips stopped working #32

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for the library, it's excellent.

I've noticed that the ToolTips hook is no longer working since the move to the new rowsncolumns repo.

I've tried to take a look at whats going on by copying the example setup from the storybook story, but can't work out whats going wrong here.
