Layout resizing and graphical bugs

Scrolling through the lists of services using ... the window will collapse and resize in a flicker.

There is also a strange highlighting happening at various times. It seems its related to the entire window being selectable (if one clicks on the titles of the sections.

Hello! Sorry for the wait, I've finally found some time to have a look into this.

The layout resizing flickering issue when scrolling with the ... is still unfixed. Need to have a deeper look into it.
But, at least, I could fix the highlighting issue. See: 953e815

The fix has been released with version 22 of the extension (should be available in a couple of days).
