Headers and Footers for CollectionView

Hey roubachof,
I had a question on the best way to implement headers and footers with the Sharpnado collectionview (something that acts similar to the original XF)
I looked through my older question below

and I noticed you had implemented Header and Footer as an item in your collection and just display them differently.
Is there a way you recommend this be implemented?
I tried building things off of context clues
I ended up with making a CustomObservableCollection (inherits from ObservableCollection)
where it would add 2 items in my collection (header, footer)
and it would move the footer when the collection changed

But doing this feels very long and im starting to doubt this was the intended way.

Im also using your Paginator and after adding a header and a footer it stopped working which im guessing is related to PageSize....
I hope you can see how this is starting to feel wrong.
Do you by any chance have a working demo I could look at?
