Upgrade to futures 0.2 and tokio #8

It looks like the tokio-core crate is being deprecated in favor of tokio. Futures v0.2 out now as well, so we may want to migrate over to that.

I don't believe this will take too much effort to do, so I'll try to make a couple PRs if/when I have time.

Just to make sure you know… futures 0.2 are a stepping stone. They expect to have 0.3 that'll also be slightly backwards incompatible some time by summer I think.
