According to status_page/ros_noetic_default.html?q=trac at least.

See also traclabs/trac_ik#67.

This is a problem, as we have several MoveIt cfg pkgs which depend on TRAC-IK, which cannot be released nor used on Noetic.

Might need to revert to KDL or #245 (OPW).
