What should the feature do:
Based on this, I think it would be a great feature to be added to this Rook NFS by editing the spec.resources.requests.storage attribute from the PVC.

What is use case behind this feature:
The storage data keep growing time by the time and require a solution to resize it when the volume is going out of space.
