The default url used to download binaries is now deprecated

ansible-netdata/defaults/main.yml

Line 15 in 04cf841

netdata_url_base: "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/firehol/binary-packages/master"

It's now advised to use the release page https://github.com/netdata/netdata/releases
