Builder-web seems to crash in some circumstances. It may be related to builder-db vacuum. Builder-web was for a long time written with an assumption that builds don't disappear.

First reported in dinosaure/bob#73.

I think unfortunately @dinosaure didn't gather much information. He's very welcome to add more details if it should happen again.
