What should the new Orchestrator look like? #73

Orchestrator was created for Node 0.8 and 0.10, a world which no longer exists. What should the next Orchestrator look like?

Should it look like https://github.com/robrich/orchestrator/tree/develop -- support both the new parallel/series syntax and the old array of dependencies syntax?
Should it only support the new syntax? Only the old syntax?
Should we call it done and move on?
